Vientiane, 17 September 2019 – The Australian Embassy via the Laos Australia Institute, organised the High Performance & Sustainable Leadership Seminar in Vientiane. Attended by 30 Australian alumni, the seminar which was run by Australian Professor Gayle Avery, together with Professor Harold Bergsteiner, addressed the complexity of leadership and provided the basis for a set of “sustainable” leadership principles for designing policies and systems within an organisation.

These leadership principles were explained in this course to provide insights relevant to alumni responsible for leading others, in particular for senior business owners/executives, non-profit leaders and high-ranking government officials.
