Session Topic: AI and the future of HR

Mr. Henry Liew heads BIPO’s Global Innovation Hub, leading a team that leverages AI and automation to improve business operations. His focus is on intelligent HR and operational decision support, with an emphasis on employee wellbeing and productivity. He serves on the HR committee of NKF and provides skills-based training for HR professionals. Previously, Mr. Liew held HR and technical leadership roles at SATS and Lazada (Alibaba), and was a Partner at MRC Asia, a HR analytics consultancy. He also served as Singapore Country Head of HRBS, a consultancy acquired by Mercer. Mr. Liew holds an MBA from Cambridge University, a Master of Engineering from MIT, and an Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.
