Led by Dr Ryan Gould, Professor Kate Hutchings, Dr Matthew Xerri, and Associate Professor Dr Amie Shaw, this two-week journey will educate participants from government ministries, international organisations, private companies, and NGOs to on how leadership and forward-thinking HR approaches can shape their organisations’ futures.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in dynamic panel discussions, build global networks, attend industry site visits and participate in the annual Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) National Convention in Sydney.

We look forward to sharing their stories and celebrating their growth throughout this transformative experience.
